Fairview Township Sewer and Water Authorities seeks a qualified individual for the position of Assistant Manager. Fairview is located in Erie County, PA with part of the northern border on Lake Erie. The Authorities operates three systems serving 4,500 customers. Responsibilities include assisting the Manager in management and operation of the separate sewer and water systems; assisting in the preparation of monthly reports; gathering information for Board presentation and other related office work. Other responsibilities include performing the job duties of the Receptionist/Billing/Payroll Clerk, Administrative Assistant and Systems Maintenance Superintendent and Technicians as needed. Essential duties include entering sanitary manholes, meter vaults and other confined spaces; removing manhole covers; moving necessary equipment to job sites; and other industry related physical work as needed.
