Tapping Fees: Effective June 1, 2016

All new customers, shall upon connecting to the Water Distribution System, pay a tapping fee of $2,000 (determined as $500 for the capacity and $1,500 for the distribution of water) per Equivalent Dwelling Unit (E.D.U.) of water consumption as estimated and approved by the Fairview Water Authority's Engineer. One E.D.U. shall be based on a residential customer consumption of 175.5 gallons per day. The minimum Tapping Fee shall be based on one (1) E.D.U.
